What the PlentyONE connection actually does
REST plus webhooks. Nothing is installed inside your Plenty system and nothing is exported first.
- A Plenty ID and a REST user — credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.
- Webhook subscriptions are configured once in your PlentyONE admin; after that changes arrive in real time instead of waiting for the next poll.
- Shipment status and tracking are written back onto the Plenty order over REST.

Do I have to move my catalogue off Plentymarkets?
No. PlentyONE stays your system of record. FSN reads deltas and writes status and tracking back — the catalogue itself never leaves your system.
Is FSN part of Plentymarkets or PlentyONE?
No. FSN is an independent fulfilment network with no affiliation to Plentymarkets GmbH. We connect through the publicly documented REST API and webhooks, the way any third-party integration does.
We are a warehouse, not a merchant. Is this for us?
Yes — that is the shorter side of the network. You publish your warehouses, categories, cut-off times and carriers, and merchants find you. Every cooperation request needs your approval before stock or orders reach you.
What does it cost?
Merchants pay a flat $49 per month — no per-order fee, no setup cost. Warehouses, fulfilment partners and suppliers use the network for free.
Who sees our data?
A partner sees what the job needs and nothing else. Customer data stays on your side; FSN keeps the mappings, routing rules and audit trail — not a copy of your operational history.
