JTL fulfillment with FSN
JTL ⟷ FSN

JTL fulfillment, on a network that is not closed.

Whether you run JTL-Wawi in house or already sit on JTL-FFN, one connection puts you in front of merchants looking for fulfilment and warehouses with free capacity — including partners who are not on JTL at all.

  • JTL-Wawi connector + replica
  • JTL-FFN over OAuth2
  • No exclusivity
  • Free for warehouses
Carriers, marketplaces and ERPs already on the network

The exchange

You already have the stock. What you are missing is the other side.

JTL runs your operation. FSN runs the network around it — and the network is where the merchants and the warehouses are.

What you put in
  • Your catalogue, as it isProducts, variants and EANs stay in JTL. FSN reads deltas, never a full export.
  • Live stockOne feed for every partner instead of a spreadsheet each.
  • Your rulesWhich products, which countries, which partners. You approve every relationship.
What you get back
  • Merchants who need fulfilmentPre-qualified, with volumes, categories and countries declared before you commit.
  • Warehouses with free capacityLocations, categories, carriers and cut-off times, visible before you ask.
  • Supplier cataloguesImport products with EAN, images and live stock. Ship them under your own brand.
  • Carrier accounts and labelsResolved per shipment. Tracking normalised into one schema.
The connection

How JTL gets connected

Step 01

Create your account

Register as a merchant, a fulfilment partner or a supplier. Your role decides which side of the network you see.

Step 02

Add JTL as a system

Enter the endpoint and credentials. They are encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

Step 03

Read the first delta

Products, variants and stock come across incrementally and are matched to canonical variant IDs.

Step 04

Go live

Accept a cooperation request, route your first order, and let tracking and status flow back automatically.

JTL

Two JTL systems, two ways in

JTL-Wawi runs locally and is read through the connector plus a read replica. JTL-FFN is a cloud API reached over OAuth2. One company can connect both.

  • Wawi: the connector endpoint plus an API token, with a read replica for articles, stock, orders, customers and suppliers.
  • FFN: an OAuth2 handshake, then bearer calls to the merchant API — product sync on the tenant side.
  • Deltas only, keyed on your JTL record IDs, so nothing is created twice.

Routing you can audit

Every order carries the decision that placed it: stock, country, SLA, cost, capacity, carrier.

One SKU language

Merchant, warehouse, supplier and marketplace identifiers all resolve to one variant.

Returns as their own domain

Handled as a first-class flow, not bolted onto orders.

Payouts reconciled

Completed shipments, balances and annual statements, traceable end to end.

FAQ

Do we have to leave JTL-Wawi?

No. Wawi stays your system of record. FSN reads deltas through the connector and a read replica, and writes status and tracking back to the merchant side.

We already use JTL-FFN. Why add FSN?

FFN gives you JTL's own fulfilment partners. FSN is an open network: warehouses and suppliers on Odoo, Plentymarkets, Dynamics BC or a plain API are in it too, and you route per order instead of per provider. FFN stays connected for product sync.

Is FSN affiliated with JTL-Software?

No. FSN is an independent fulfilment network. JTL-Wawi is integrated through its connector and JTL-FFN through the documented OAuth2 merchant API, the way any third-party integration does.

What does it cost?

Merchants pay a flat $49 per month — no per-order fee, no setup cost. Warehouses, fulfilment partners and suppliers use the network for free.

Who sees our data?

A partner sees what the job needs and nothing else. Customer data stays on your side; FSN keeps the mappings, routing rules and audit trail — not a copy of your operational history.
