SAP fulfillment with FSN
SAP ⟷ FSN

SAP fulfillment, using the connections you already have.

SAP manages your products, stock and orders. But it cannot find you new merchants or free warehouse space. FSN connects to SAP the usual way — by EDI, API or file — and brings those partners to you.

How it works

You have the products. FSN brings the partners.

SAP runs your business. FSN connects you to the merchants, warehouses and suppliers who are already in the network.

What you share
  • Your products, as they areProducts, variants and barcodes (EAN) stay in SAP. FSN only picks up what has changed.
  • Your stock, liveOne stock feed for all partners, instead of a separate spreadsheet for each one.
  • Your rulesYou choose the products, countries and partners. Nothing goes live without your approval.
What you get
  • Merchants looking for fulfillmentYou see their order volumes, product types and countries before you agree to anything.
  • Warehouses with free spaceLocation, product types, carriers and daily shipping deadlines, visible before you ask.
  • Products from suppliersAdd supplier products with barcodes, images and live stock, and sell them under your own brand.
  • Shipping labels and trackingThe right carrier account is chosen for each parcel. Tracking from every carrier arrives in one format.
Getting started

Connect SAP in four steps

Step 01

How SAP gets connected

Nothing is installed in SAP. We agree with you on a data format and a way to send it. Your IT team or integration partner sets up the SAP side.

  • There is no ready-made SAP plug-in. The connection uses standard formats: EDI messages (EDIFACT, OpenTrans, cXML), an API (REST), or XML / CSV files.
  • Data travels the way your systems already send it, for example over AS2, SFTP / FTPS or HTTPS.
  • SAP stays your main system. FSN reads what you export and sends orders, tracking and status back the same way.

Your product numbers and those of your merchants, warehouses, suppliers and marketplaces all point to the same item.

Returns handled properly

Returns have their own process and status, instead of being squeezed into the original order.

FAQ

Is there an SAP plug-in we can install?

No — and we prefer to say that clearly. FSN has ready-made connectors for Odoo, JTL, PlentyONE and Dynamics 365 Business Central. SAP connects through standard formats instead: EDI, API or files. That is how most SAP connections are built anyway.

What do we have to set up on our side?

An export of products and stock, and an import of orders, tracking and status, in the format and transfer method we agree. If you already exchange EDI with partners, FSN is simply one more partner — not a new project.

Which SAP versions does this work with?

Any version that can exchange EDI messages or files, or call an API — ECC and S/4HANA, on your own servers or in the cloud. The connection works with your interfaces, not with one specific SAP version.

Is FSN part of SAP SE?

No. FSN is an independent fulfillment network. It is not a partner, reseller or part of SAP SE. SAP is a trademark of SAP SE and is named here only to describe what FSN connects to.

What does it cost?

Merchants pay a flat $49 per month — no per-order fee, no setup cost. Warehouses, fulfilment partners and suppliers use the network for free.

Who sees our data?

A partner only sees what they need to handle the order. Your customer data stays with you. FSN stores the product matches, the routing rules and a log of what happened — not a copy of your business history.

Connect SAP and reach new partners

Signing up takes a few minutes and changes nothing in SAP. Add the connection when you are ready — or talk to us first and we will look at your setup together.
