PlentyONE fulfillment with FSN
PlentyONE ⟷ FSN

Plentymarkets fulfillment, with merchants and warehouses included.

PlentyONE already manages your items, stock and sales channels. But it cannot find you new merchants or free warehouse space. One connection to FSN brings both to you.

How it works

You have the products. FSN brings the partners.

PlentyONE runs your business. FSN connects you to the merchants, warehouses and suppliers who are already in the network.

What you share
  • Your products, as they areProducts, variants and barcodes (EAN) stay in PlentyONE. FSN only picks up what has changed.
  • Your stock, liveOne stock feed for all partners, instead of a separate spreadsheet for each one.
  • Your rulesYou choose the products, countries and partners. Nothing goes live without your approval.
What you get
  • Merchants looking for fulfillmentYou see their order volumes, product types and countries before you agree to anything.
  • Warehouses with free spaceLocation, product types, carriers and daily shipping deadlines, visible before you ask.
  • Products from suppliersAdd supplier products with barcodes, images and live stock, and sell them under your own brand.
  • Shipping labels and trackingThe right carrier account is chosen for each parcel. Tracking from every carrier arrives in one format.

What the PlentyONE connection does

FSN connects through the official PlentyONE interface (REST API). Nothing is installed in your Plenty system, and you do not need to export anything first.

  • You need your Plenty ID and a REST user. The login details are stored encrypted and never shown again.
  • You set up automatic notifications (webhooks) once in your PlentyONE admin. After that, changes reach FSN immediately instead of at the next scheduled check.
  • Shipping status and tracking are written back to the order in Plenty.

FAQ

Do I have to move my catalogue out of Plentymarkets?

No. PlentyONE stays your main system. FSN picks up changes and sends status and tracking back — your catalogue never leaves your system.

Is FSN part of Plentymarkets or PlentyONE?

No. FSN is an independent fulfillment network and has no link to Plentymarkets GmbH. We connect through the public, documented REST API and webhooks, like any other third-party integration.

We are a warehouse, not a merchant. Is this for us?

Yes — warehouses are what merchants look for most. You list your locations, product types, shipping deadlines and carriers, and merchants find you. You approve every request before any stock or orders reach you.

What does it cost?

Merchants pay a flat $49 per month — no per-order fee, no setup cost. Warehouses, fulfilment partners and suppliers use the network for free.

Who sees our data?

A partner only sees what they need to handle the order. Your customer data stays with you. FSN stores the product matches, the routing rules and a log of what happened — not a copy of your business history.
