What the Odoo connection does
There are two ways to connect. Both move the same data, and Odoo stays your main system either way.
- Option 1, standard Odoo: FSN signs in with an API user (JSON-RPC). There is nothing to install.
- Option 2, our fsn_app module (REST): a secure access key, and Odoo tells FSN about changes straight away (webhooks).
- Your carriers are recognised on the first data transfer. Invoices and goods receipts go both ways.

Do we have to leave Odoo or change how we work?
No. Odoo stays your main system. FSN picks up changes and sends tracking, status, goods receipts and invoices back. Your team keeps working in Odoo.
Which Odoo connection should we use?
The standard connection works with any Odoo and an API user. The fsn_app module is the newer option: it uses a secure access key and tells FSN about changes immediately. Both work side by side.
Is FSN part of Odoo S.A.?
No. FSN is an independent fulfillment network. We connect through Odoo's official external API, like any other third-party integration.
What does it cost?
Merchants pay a flat $49 per month — no per-order fee, no setup cost. Warehouses, fulfilment partners and suppliers use the network for free.
Who sees our data?
A partner only sees what they need to handle the order. Your customer data stays with you. FSN stores the product matches, the routing rules and a log of what happened — not a copy of your business history.
