JTL
Two JTL systems, two ways to connect
JTL-Wawi runs on your own server, and FSN reads it through the JTL connector. JTL-FFN runs in the cloud, and FSN connects with a secure sign-in (OAuth2). One company can connect both.
- JTL-Wawi: the connector address and an access key (API token). FSN reads from a copy of your data (read replica): items, stock, orders, customers and suppliers.
- JTL-FFN: you sign in once to approve the connection (OAuth2). FSN then uses the official JTL-FFN merchant interface and keeps your products in sync.
- FSN only picks up changes and links every record to its JTL ID, so nothing is ever created twice.

Do we have to leave JTL-Wawi?
No. JTL-Wawi stays your main system. FSN picks up changes through the connector and sends status and tracking back.
We already use JTL-FFN. Why add FSN?
JTL-FFN gives you JTL's own fulfillment partners. FSN is an open network: it also includes warehouses and suppliers that use Odoo, Plentymarkets, Business Central or their own API. You choose the best warehouse for each order instead of being tied to one provider. JTL-FFN stays connected for product sync.
Is FSN part of JTL-Software?
No. FSN is an independent fulfillment network. We connect JTL-Wawi through its connector and JTL-FFN through JTL's official, documented interface, like any other third-party integration.
What does it cost?
Merchants pay a flat $49 per month — no per-order fee, no setup cost. Warehouses, fulfilment partners and suppliers use the network for free.
Who sees our data?
A partner only sees what they need to handle the order. Your customer data stays with you. FSN stores the product matches, the routing rules and a log of what happened — not a copy of your business history.
